Reserving a Puppy

We are taking reservations on puppies from upcoming litters. If there is a dog that you are interested in a puppy from do not hesitate to e-mail us about upcoming breedings and availability of puppies.

Circle M Farms and Kennels does reserve the right to first picks of any litter.

2. If you have owned a dog before would you give me the name of your veterinarian? Could I call as a reference?

3. Are you looking for a male or female and for what purpose? (i.e. pet, hunting, breeding)

4. Have you ever owned a Jack Russell?

5. Please let us know how you found us? (i.e. personal reference, print ad, web site)

6. Do you have questions or comments for us?

7. Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail address and which is the best was to contact you?

Thank you for taking time to complete the questionaire. It will help us to get to know you better, and that way we can do the best possible job in picking out a puppy that best fits your needs. This will also help you give thought to how you will care for your new puppy.
